Founder
As the visionary behind LeapHR, Chase brings a wealth of expertise in strategic human resources and quality management, dedicated to empowering small and mid-sized businesses to thrive through bold, sustainable growth. With certifications in Agile (Scrum CSM), Quality Improvement (CQIA), and Business Process Management (BPM), Chase has built LeapHR on the principle that taking strategic risks and embracing continuous innovation are essential for success.
Prior to founding LeapHR, Chase served as a senior leader in the construction industry and as an officer in the Army National Guard, where he held impactful roles, including Operations Officer and Executive Officer, from 2010 to 2019. This background, combined with experience on the Executive Board of CareerCatchers, Inc., has honed Chase's approach to aligning human capital with business vision, enhancing organizational performance, and creating resilient, people-focused systems.
Chase holds an M.S. in Transformational Leadership from the University of Maryland University College and a B.S. in Linguistics from Ohio University. As a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Chase leads LeapHR with a commitment to forward-thinking strategies and continuous improvement, driving meaningful, results-oriented change for their clients.
